Chap. 78.—An ACT providing mileage to the members, clerks, officers and
pages of the general assembly for attending the reconvening of the general
assembly on March 8, 1915. (H. B. 112)

.: 1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
auditor of public accounts be directed to issue his warrant upon the
treasurer in favor of the members of the general assembly, the sergeants
at arms, the door keepers, the clerks, assistants, journal, reading and
committee clerks and pages for mileage at the rate provided by law for
attending the reconvening of the general assembly on March eighth,
nineteen hundred and fifteen.
2. It being desirable that the members should not be required to
draw upon their private funds for the payment of the said expenses, an
emergency is declared to exist, and this act shall be in force from its
passage.
