Chap. 52.—An ACT to appropriate the sum of twenty-one thousand dollars to
the State normal and industrial school for women at Radford. (H.B.90)

Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the sum of
twenty-one thousand dollars, or so much thereof, as may be necessary, be
and the same js hereby appropriated out of any funds in the treasury not
otherwise appropriated to the State normal and industrial school for
women at Radford, said sum to be used and applied in the payment of
debts now due and owing by said State normal and industrial school for
women at Radford. :

Provided, however, that no part of this money shall be paid until
the State accountant shall have made a thorough examination of the
said debt and approved the items, as having been expended for the benefit
of the above mentioned school.
