1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the board of supervisors of the county of Isle of Wight be, and it
is hereby, authorized and empowered, in its discretion, out of the
general county levy of said county, to apply and expend, annually,
a sum not exceeding two hundred and fifty dollars, for the purpose
of assisting in the conduct of an educational and agricultural fair,
to be held in said county.
