Wise county, Virginia, incorporated by an act approved March 13, 1912,
and to provide for the collection of levies already assessed therein.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the corporaticn of East Stone Gap, in Wise county, Virginia, which
was granted and approved March thirteenth, nineteen hundred and
twelve, be, and the same is hereby, discontinued; and all former
acts, or parts of acts, in regard to incorporating the said town are
hereby repealed.
2. But all levies heretofore assessed in said town shall be col-
lectible in the manner now provided by law; and this discontinu-
ance and repeal shall not affect the collection of levies already as-
sessed; but all rights and remedies therefor are and shall be con-
tinued in force until such levies have been collected.
