Chap. 221.—An ACT to repeal an act entitled an act to incorporate the town
of Honaker, in Russell county, aptroved February 20, 1900, as set out
in the acts of the general assembly of Virginia, acts 1899-1900, page
458, chapter 437. (H. B. 202.)

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the act entitled an act to incorporate the town of Honaker, in Russell
county, approved February twentieth, nineteen hundred, as set out
in the acts of the general assembly of Virginia, acts eighteen hun-
. dred and ninety-nine and nineteen hundred, page four hundred and
fifty-eight chapter four hundred and thirty-seven, be, and the same
is, hereby repealed.
2. An emergency existing by reason of the town of Honaker, in
Russell county, Virginia, having a charter that is so indefinite as
to the boundaries of the said town that the same cannot be located
with certainty and the citizens of the said town desiring to obtain
another charter for the town incorporating it with a legal charter
so as to have a valid corporation and have police protection for the
town, this act shall take effect from its passage.
