the trial of civil and criminal warrants by the justice of the peace of

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the public square in the city of Winchester shall be a part of the
several magisterial districts of the county of Frederick for the
purpose of the trial of civil and criminal warrants by the justice of
the peace of Frederck county.
