Chap. 163.—An ACT to repeal section 2 of an act entitled an act to amend
and re-enact an act to define a lawful fence for the county of Warwick,
approved March 4, 1898. (H. B. 55.)

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
section two of an act entitled an act to amend and re-enact an act
entitled an act to define a lawful fence for the county of Warwick,
approved March fourth, eighteen hundred and ninety-eight, be,
and the same is, hereby repealed.

2. This act shall be effective on and after November first, nine-
teen hundred and fourteen.
