Chap. 137.—An ACT to prohibit the sale of cider containing over one-half of
1 per cent, alcohol within 1 mile of any church in the town of Front
Royal, Warren county, and to provide a penalty for violation thereof.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
it shall be unlawful for any person to sell cider containing over one-
half of one percentum alcohol within one mile of any church, situ-
ated in the town of Front Royal, Warren county.
2. <Any one violating the provisions of this act shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not
ley than ten dollars nor more than one hundred dollars for each
offense.
