Waterford, in the county of Loudoun, sepirate road districts and to
provide for the disposition of the road fund assessed and collected in

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the towns of Hillsboro and Waterford. in the county of Loudoun,
be, and they are, hereby constituted and created separate road dis-
tricts and as such shall be entitled to collect and disburse upon
their streets and sidewalks, as the councils of the said towns, re-
spectively, shall direct, the levies assessed and collected upon prop-
erty within the corporate limits of the said towns, respectively.
