Chap. 101.—An ACT to repeal the special road law as it applies to Nottoway
county. (H, B. 34.)

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
an act entitled an act providing for the working, opening and keep-
ing in repair the roads in the counties of Brunswick, Nottoway and
Amelia, and for the building and keeping in repair the bridges of
said counties, approved March third, eighteen hundred and ninety-
six, as amended by an act of the general assembly of Virginia en-
titled an act to amend and re-enact sections one and five of chapter
six hundred and fifty-six of the acts of eighteen hundred and ninety-
five and eighteen hundred and ninety-six, entitled an act providing
for the working, opening and keeping in repair the roads in the
counties of Brunswick, Nottoway and Amelia, and for the building
and keeping in repair the bridges of said counties, approved Feb-
ruary twenty-eighth, eighteen hundred and ninety-eight, be, and
the same is hereby repealed so far as said act relates to Amelia, and
also the same is hereby repealed, so far as said act relates to Notto-
way county.
