Chap. 63.—An ACT to prevent the killing of robins.
Approved February 29, 1912.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
it shall be unlawful for any person to sheot at, kill, or capture
robins at any time, or to take or destroy their nests or eggs.
2. Any person violating any of the provisions of this act shall
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punished by a
fine of not less than five nor more than fifty dollars.
