Chap. 60.—An ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of Rockbridge
county and the town of Lexington, or either of them, to contribute
such sum as in the judgment of the board of supervisors or the town
council, may seem proper for the benefit of the Jackson Memorial
Hospital in the town of Lexington, Virginia.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the board of supervisors of the county of Rockbridge, and the
council of the town of Lexington, be and are hereby, authorized
and empowered to contribute such sum or sums as they, or either
of them, may deem proper, from time to time, to the use and
benefit of the Jackson memorial hospital in the town of Lex-
ington, Virginia. The said board of supervisors or council may
make such contributions upon such conditions, limitations and
restrictions as they may see proper.
