CHAP. 325.—An ACT to pay J. A. Walker one hundred dollars, being the
amount due him as land assessor for the county of Nottoway for work
done by him as said assessor.

Approved March 14, 1912.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the sum of one hundred dollars be, and the same is hereby, ap-
propriated for the purpose of paying J. A. Walker the amount
due him as a land assessor for the county of Nottoway for the
year nineteen hundred and ten, for fifty days put in by him as
said assessor after the first of October, nineteen hundred and ten,
and for which he has not been paid.

2. That the auditor of public accounts be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to issue his warrant payable to J. A.
Walker in accordance with article one of this act.
