Chap. 26.—An ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of Isle of Wight
county to build a bridge across Jones creek.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the board of supervisors of Isle of Wight county be, and they
are hereby, authorized and empowered to build, construct and
maintain a draw-bridge across Jones creek, a navigable stream,
lying wholly within the confines of the said county, at such point
between the vallages Rescue and Battery Park in said county to
be determined upon by the said board of supervisors.
