Chap. 183.—An ACT fixing the salaries of judges of the Supreme Court
of Appeals of Virginia, whose terms of o!ice commence on or after
the first day of February, 1915.

Approved March 138, 1912.

1. Re it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the annual salaries of judges of the supreme court of ap-
peals of Virginia, whose terms of office commence on or after
the first day of February, nineteen hundred and thirteen, shall
be five thousand dollars, except the president of the court, whose
annual salary shall be five thousand two hundred dollars. Said
salaries shall be paid out of the State treasury in monthly in-
stalments.

2. The mileage of such judges shall be the same as now provi-
ded by law.
