CHAP. 120.—An ACT to pay D. D. Talley and W. A. Crenshaw for extra
services rendered by them as assistant assessors of real estates for
the city of Richmond during the year 1910.
Approved March 11, 1912.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the sum of three hundred and thirty-two ($332.00) dollars be,
and the same is hereby, appropriated for the purpose of paying
D. D. Talley and W. A. Crenshaw for extra services rendered
by them in connection with the assessment of real estate for the
city of Richmond during the year nineteen hundred and ten.
2. That the auditor of public accounts be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to issue his warrant, payable to D. D.
Lalley and W. A. Crenshaw in accordance with article “one” of
the act.
3. The amount herein mentioned being long past due an
emergency exists, and this act shall be in force from its passage.
