CHAP. 119.—An ACT to provide for the payment to Weymouth, Meister &
Smethie of the balance due them for binding the index to enrolled
bills.
Approved March 11, 1912.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the auditor of public accounts be, and he is hereby, directed to
issue his warrant upon the treasurer in favor ef Weymouth,
Meister and Smethie for the sum ot four hundred and nineteen
dollars and thirty-eight cents, with interest thereon from the
first day of December, nineteen hundred and eleven, being the
balance in full due to Weymouth, Meister and Smethie, for
binding the index to enrolled bills as shown by the governor’s
message, and the reports of the clerk of the house of d?legates
and superintendent of public printing.
2. The amount above named having been due and unpaid for
the time stated, an emergency is declared to exist, and this act
shall be in force from its passage.
