Chap. 65.—An ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of Prince George
county to lease a portion of the county land in Templeton district.

Approved March 1, 1906.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the board of
supervisors of Prince George county be, and they are hereby, authorized
to lease a portion of the county land on which the election house or vot-
ing place of Templeton district, said county, now stands upon such con-
ditions and restrictions as said board may deem proper.

$2. Owing to the fact that opportunitics to lease the land will be lost
by delay, therefore an emergency exist, and this act shall be in force
from its passage.
