1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the board
f supervisors of Princess Anne county be, and are hereby, authorized to
onate the sum of three hundred dollars out of the county treasury to
omplete the payment of the contract for the erection of the Confederate
1onnment at Princess Anne courthouse, November fifteen, nineteen hun-
red and five.

2. The debt being now due, thereby creating an emergency, this act
jal be in force from its passage.
