Chap. 209.—An ACT to prescribe the time in which allowances made by order
of any circuit or corporation court shall be presented to the auditor of
public accounts for payment.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That all allow-
inces made by order of any circuit or corporation court, unless presented
o the auditor of public accounts for payment within two years from the
late of allowance, shall not be paid out of the treasury.
