Chap. 199.—An ACT to repeal an act entitled an act to authorize the board
of supervisors of Caroline county to levy an additional capitation tax of
one dollar per year, to be applied in the aid of public schools in said
county and for such other county purposes as they may determine. ap

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act
entitled an act to authorize the board of supervisors of Caroline county
to levy an additional capitation tax of one dollar per annum to |e ap-
plied in aid of public schools in said county or for such other county pur-
poses as they may determine, approved March tenth, nineteen hundred
and four, be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
