Chap. 178.—An ACT to authorize and empower the board of supervisors of
Northumberland county to establish a public ferry across the Little
Wicomico river, in said county.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the board ot
supervisors of Northumberland county be, and they are hereby, author-
ized and empowered to establish a public ferry across the Little Wicomic«
river at some convenient point in said county.
