Chap. 142.—An ACT to repeal an act entitled ‘an act to incorporate the town
of Bangs, in Montgomery county,” approved February 27, 1879.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the act
entitled “an act to incorporate the town of Bangs, in Montgomery
county.” approved February twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred and sev-
enty-nine. be, and it is hereby, repealed.

2. An emergency existing to prevent a conflict of jurisdiction between
the town of Cambria and the town of Bangs, this act shall be in force
from its passage.
