Chap. 92.—An ACT to extend the terms of commissioners of accounts and to
-: authorize them to complete such accounts as are now before them for settle-
ment, and return them to their respective circuit courts.

Approved March 10, 1904.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,-That the com-
missioners of accounts now in office by appointment of county judges
are hereby continued in office until commissioners of accounts are ap-
pointed by the judges of the circuit courts for the respective counties:
provided, however, that such commissioners are empowered to complete
the settlement of such fiduciary accounts as are now pending before
them and make return thereof to their respective circuit courts.

2. Whereas, the terms of such commissioners will expire by limitation
along with their county courts on the first day of February, nineteen
hundred and four, this act is an emergency act, and shall take effect

from its passage.
