Chap. 5.—An ACT providing for additional terms of the circuit court in the city
of Norfolk.

Approved February 3, 1904.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That there shall
be four regular terms of the circuit court of the city of Norfolk in each
year, which terms shall commence on the second Monday in February,
April, June, and November.

2. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this act are hereby re-

aled. )
m3. Inasmuch as it is proper for the convenient dispatch of business
that this act shall go into effect without delay, this is hereby declared an
emergency under section fifty-three of the Constitution, and, therefore,
this act shall be in force on and after the first.day of February, nineteen
hundred and four.
