Chap. 41.—An ACT to repeal an act entitled an act to provide for working and
keeping in repair the public roads in the county of Louisa, approved February
29, 1892, as amended by an act to amend and re-enact section 14 of an act to
provide for working and keeping in repair the public roads in the county of
Louisa, approved March 4, 1896, as amended by an act to amend and re-enact
section 16 of an act approved February 29, 1892, entitled an act to provide for
working and keeping in order the public roads in the county of Louisa, ap-
proved February 26, 1900.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That an act en-
citled “an act to provide for working and keeping in repair the public
roads in the county of Louisa, approved February twenty-ninth, eighteen
hundred and ninety-two, as amended by an act to amend and re-enact
section fourteen of an act to provide for working and keeping in repair
the public roads in the county of Louisa, approved March fourth, eigh-
teen hundred and ninety-six, as amended by an act to amend and re-
enact section sixteen of an act approved February twenty-ninth, eighteen
hundred and ninety-two, entitled an act to provide for working and
keeping in order the public roads in the county of Louisa, approved
February twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred, be, and is hereby, repealed.
2. That in view of the existence of an emergency due to the fact that
it is important to put in force in said county the general road law, this
act shall be in force from its passage.
