Chap. 201.—An ACT to authorize the town of Blacksburg, in Montgomery county,
to donate a sum not exceeding $1,000 for the purpose of erecting in said town
a public school building.
Approved March 15, 1904.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the town
of Blacksburg, in the county of Montgomery, be, and: it is hereby, au-
thorized and empowered to donate a sum not exceeding one thousand dol-
lars to the school board of Blacksburg district, in said county, for the
purpose of assisting in erecting a public school building in said town.
2. No debt shall be created by the said town for this purpose until the
question of incurring it shall be submitted to the qualified: voters as pro-
vided in section four of the charter of said town, approved March fifth,
eighteen hundred and ninety-six.
