Henry College, on account of an erroneous assessment of taxes.

Passed April 24, 1867.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the auditor
of public accounts be and he is hereby authorized and
directed to issue his warrant on the treasury, payable out o!
any money therein not otherwise appropriated, in favor of
Emory and Henry college, for the sum of fifty-five dollars
and eight cents, being the amount of taxes paid by the said
college, on account of an erroneous assestinent of its pro-
perty in the years eighteen hundred and: sixty-five and eigh-
teen hundred and sixty “SIX.

2. This act shall be in toree from its passage.
