Chap. 6.—An ACT better to provide for the Inspection of Flour.
Passcd March 13, 1867.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
all flour brought into this state and offered for sale therein,
chall be reviewed and have the Virginia inspection marked
thereon.
2. Any person or persons selling or offering to sell such
flour without review and inspection, as provided in the first
section of this act, shall be fined the sum of five dollars for
the use of the commonwealth, for each barrel so sold or
offered for sale.
3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
