Chap. 53.—An ACT for the relief of D. M. French, of Alexandria city, Va.
Passed April 19, 1867.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the auditor
f public accounts be and he is hereby authorized and directed
o issue his warrant upon the treasury, payable out of any
noneys therein not otherwise appropriated, for the sum of
ne hundred and forty dollars, the amount of a judement tor
fine obtained against D. M. French at the October term of
he county court of Alexandria, in the year e:ehteen hundred
nd sixty-three, the same having been collected and paid into
he treasury of the state.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
