Chap. 126.—An ACT to amend and re-enact the second secon of an act
entitled an act to Incorporate the Virgigia Manganese Company, passed
January 17, 1867,

Passed April 29. 1867,

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the second
section of an act passed Iebruary seventeenth, erghteen hun-
dred aud sixty-seven, entitled an act to incorporate the Vir-
gina manganese company, be amended and re-enacted so as
to read as follows:

“gv. That the capital stock of said company shall not be
less than fiftv thousand dollars, nor more than five hundred
thousand dollars, to be divided into shares of twenty dollars
each.”

2. This act shall be ih force from its passace.
