Chap. 101.—An ACT concerning Fiduciaries who qualified out of their
counties or corporations during the late war.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That all execu-
tors, administrators or other fiduciaries, who, under enact
ments of the late secession government of the state of Vir-
ginia, qualified and gave bond in other counties or corpora-
tions than those in which they would have qualified but tor
certain disabilities in said enactments set forth, shall obtain s
certificate of such qualification, aud a proper copy of their
Official -bond and any accounts they may have settled, and
shall record the same in the county or corporation in which
thev should have qualified under the law as it existed in the
Code of eighteen hundred and sixty; and hereafter said fidu-
ciaries shall settle their accounts and record the same, and
all proceedings against them shall be had in the last men-
tioned courts.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
