Chap. 92.—An ACT to amend the 7th section of the act passed March 8,
1866, concerning the organization, jurisdiction and proceedings of the
Court of Appeals.
Passed January 21, 1867.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the seventh
section of the act entitled an act to amend the first and sixth
sections of chapter one hundred and sixty of the Code of
eighteen hundred and sixty, relating to the court of appeals,
to repeal Other sections of said. chapter, and making provi-
sions concerhing the organization, Jurisdiction and proceed-
ings of said court, passed March third, eighteen hundred and
Bixty- -8ix, be amended and re-enacted so as toread as follows:
“§ 7. The whole collection of law books belonging to the
state library, or such part of said collection as the supreme
court of appeals may at any time direct, sball be put up in
the court room or conference room of the court of appeals,
for the use of the court, and shall be under the control of the
court, subject to such privileges to other persons as may be
allowed by law, or by the rule’ established by the court.
The court shall appoint one of its officers to perform the
duties of librarian.
