Chap. 42.—An ACT to authorize the German Reformed Church at Wood-
stock, Shenandoah County, to take and hold additional real estate; not
to exceed four acres in all.
Passed January 8, 1867.
Whereas it is represented ‘to this general assembly by the
trustees of the German Reformed church of Woodstock, in
the county of Shenandoah, that their house of worshif has
become untenantable, and they are desirous »f erecting a
new house of worship, but that the lot attached to their pre-
sent house of worship, which has been used for a burial
ground, is sq filled up with graves, that there is not sufficient
convenient space left upon the said lot for the erection of a
new house of worship: Therefore, -
1. Be it enacted, That the said trustees Of the Ger man Re-
formed church of Woodstock, in the county of Shenandoah,
be and they are hereby authorized to take and hold other
real estate, in addition to that already held by them, such
additional real estate not to exceed two acres. -
