Chap. 260.—-An ACT to authorize the appointment of am additional Com-
missioner in Chancery for the County of Alexandria.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
the judge.of the ninth judicial circuit be authorized and em-
powered to appoint one additional commissioner in chancery
for the circuit court of the county of Alexandria, the said
appointment to continue only until a vacancy shall occur,
after which event there shall be so many only as are pre-
scribed in chapter one hundred and seventy-five, second sec-
tion, Code of Virginia, eighteen hundred and sixty.

2., This act shall be in force from its passage.
