1. Beit enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
whatever rights the commonwealth of Virginia may have in
and to the estate of Thomas. Smith, a foreigner, who died
intestate in Pittsylvania county, in the year eighteen hundred
and sixty-four, be and the same are hereby granted and re-
leased to Catherine Corbin of said county.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
