Chap. 76.—An ACT to correct the error in chapter 1225, Acts 1899, as to the
name of H. L. Bowen.

Whereas under an act of the general assembly of Virginia, approved
March seventh, nineteen hundred, to grant Van F. Clark and H. L.
Bruer, of Lunenburg county, an additional pension of fifteen dollars
each per annum, the name of IL. L. Bruer was a mistake and should have
read H. L. Bowen; therefore,

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the said
act be amended so as to read, that Van F. Clark and H. L. Bowen shall
be entitled to receive the said additional pension of fifteen dollars each
annually, from April the first, nineteen hundred.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
