Chap. 7.—An ACT in regard to hunting and fishing on the lands of Mountain
Lake land company and others in Giles county, Virginia.
Approved February 1, 1901.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That it shall be
lawful for any person between the first day of May and the first day of
November of each year, by and with the consent of the owners thercof,
to hunt for, kill and capture any wild game or fish on the lands or in the
waters belonging to the Mountain lake land company, or which is
under the control, management or ownership of the Mountain lake
hotel company, and which land lies on the waters of Little Stony
creck or Mountain lake, in said county: provided, that no game or fish
so killed or captured shall be shipped to market or sold.
2. All acts or parts of acts in conflict to this act are hereby repealed
3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
