CHAP. 207.—An ACT to repeal an act passed March 3d, 1858, entitled an
act to Incorporate the Town of Jacksonville.

Passed February 16, 1867.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of. Virginia, That
he act passed March third, eighteen hundred and ‘fifty- eight,
entitled an act to incorporate the town of Jacksonville, be
and the same is hereby repealed.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
