Chap. 282.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 13 of an act approved
March 6, 1900, entitled an act to provide for the making, building, and keep-
ing in repair the public roads and bridges in Grayson county.

Approved February 16, 1901.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section
thirteen of an act approved March sixth, nineteen hundred, entitled an
act to provide for the making, building and keeping in repair the public
roads in Grayson county shall be amended so as to read as follows:

§ 13. It shall be the duty of the county treasurer, as soon after he re-
ceives the tax books from the commissioners of the revenue in each year,
to make out a statement for each overseer of roads in said county, show-
ing the road tax assessed against each tax-payer residing in the several
road precincts, and furnish the same to the respective “road overscers,
for which services he shall receive the sum of fifty dollars.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
