Chap. 255.—An ACT for the relief of Mrs. R. F. Burks.
Approved February 16, 1901.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That any interest
which the state of Virginia has or may have in the estate left by the late
Mistress Mary H. Graff is hereby transferred to and released in favor of
Mistress R. F. Burks: provided, that this act shall not apply to cases now
pending in appellate courts.
This act shall be in force from its passage.
