Chap. 200.—An ACT to amend the 2d section of the act passed January
28, 1867, in relation to the Terms of the Circuit Court for Nottoway
County.

Passed February ‘16, 1867.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the second
section of the act passed January twenty-eighth, eighteen hun-
dred and sixty-seven, entitled an act to amend section eight
of chapter one hundred and fifty-eight of the Code, so as to
change the terms of the circuit court for Nottoway county,
be amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

Ҥ 2. This act shall be in force from and after the first day
of May, eighteen hundred and sixty-seven.”

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
