Chap. 221.—An ACT to make the corporation of the town of Clintwood a
separate road district.
Approved February 15, 1901.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the corporation of the
town of Clintwood be, and the same is, hereby made a separate road
district, and the town council of said town shall annually settle with the
county treasurer of Dickenson county, and shall receive and disburse the
road taxes for said district upon the roads and streets of said district,
and in the manner which they may deem proper.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
