Chap. 20.—An ACT for the Relief of Charles L. Powell, Sheriff of Pitt-
sylvania County.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That Charles L..

Powell, sheriff of the county of Pittsylvania, be allowed

until the first day of April, eighteen hundred and sixty-

seven, to pay the revenue for the current year, to be collected

by him in bis county aforesaid, into the treasury of the state.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
