Chap. 10.—An ACT to regulate the building of bridges in the county of
Frederick.

Approved February 1, 1901.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That hereafter
whenever any new bridge is to be built or any old bridge is to be repaired
in the county of Frederick, the several road boards or other proper au-
thorities of said county shall cause the same to be so constructed as to
bear a minimum weight of ten tons.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
