Chap. 180.—An ACT fixing the Fees to the Register of the Land Office
, for Services Rendered to Non-residents.

Passed February 9, 1867.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That there shall
be paid to the register of the land office, for services to be
rendered to or for non-residents of the commonwealth of
Virginia, double’the amount of the fees now fixed by law.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
