Whereas some doubt has been suggested as to the existing
validity of an act of assembly, passed March twenty-first,
eighteen hundred and sixty, entitled an actefor the relief of
Samuel C. Young, of Charlestown: Therefore, to remove such

Be it resolved by the concurrent action of the two houses
of the general assembly, That the said act remains in full
force, and is not affected or impaired by the place of resi-
dence, of said Samuel C. Young.
