Chap. 175.—An ACT to amend and re-enact the second section of the act
passed February 7, 1866, entitled an act to incorporate the Interna-
tional Commercial'Company of Norfolk City.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the second.
section of the act passed February seventh, eighteen hundred
and sixty-six, entitled an act to incorporate the international
commercial company of Norfolk city, be amended and re-

enacted so as to read as follows: |
Ҥ 2. The capital stock shall be one million of dollars, to

be divided into shares of one hundred dollars each. The

company may commence operations when twenty thousand

dollars shall have been subscribed, with libetty of increasing

the capital five hundred thousand dollars.” |
2. This act shall be in force from its passgge.
