Chap. 165.—An ACT to establish Holland’s Wareliouse in the Town of
Danville.

Pasacd February 6, 1867.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That an inspec-
tion of tobacco be and the same is hereby established at Hol-
land’s warehouse in the town of Danville. But the said
warehouse to be subject to all the rujes and regulations pre-
scribed by the Code of eighteen hundred and sixty, and all
acts amendatory thereof. .

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
