Chap. 16.—An ACT changing the tine of Holding some of the Courts in
the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the act
passed February twenty-ninth, eighteen hundred and sixty,
entitled an act changing the time of holding the courts in
the fourteenth judicial circuit, be and the same is hereby
amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
“For the county of Roanoke, on Wednesday after the
third Monday in March and August; for the county of Craig,
on the Wednesday after the fourth Monday in March and
August; for the county of Giles, on the fifteenth day of May
and October; for the county of Alleghany, on the ninth day
of April and September; for the county of Botetourt, on
the twenty-sixth day of May and October.”
2. This act shall be.in force from its passage.
